The brochure for refugees in Farsi on the main facts from the history, culture and traditions of Belarus "Belarus is our common home" was published. This publication is designed to help people granted refugee status in the Republic of Belarus to adapt more quickly to life in the country. It contains practical information about all the sides of life in Belarus and also short overview of its history. The brochure is created for refugees and asylum-seekers in the Republic of Belarus.

The manual for teachers of secondary education, additional education of children and youth "Formation of Tolerant Attitude Towards Children Refugees by Means of Multicultural Education" is published. The manual is recommended by the Scientific and Methodical Institution "National Institute of Education" of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

On December 27, 2013 the awarding ceremony of the contest of the works of students, candidates for a master’s degree, post-graduate students “Refugees and Stateless Persons in a Contemporary World: Problems and Ways of Solution” took place. The contest was conducted in September—November 2013 by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and International Non-governmental Association for Scientific Research, Information and Educational Programmes “Evolutio”.
The results of the contest of the works of students, candidates for a master’s degree, post-graduate students “Refugees and Stateless Persons in a Contemporary World: Problems and Ways of Solution”, which was held in September—November 2013 by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and International Non-governmental Association for Scientific Research, Information and Educational Programmes “Evolutio”, have been summed up.
On December 17, 2013 Stated Conference of the International Non-Governmental Association for Scientific Research, Information and Educational Programmes «Evolutio» (INA «Evolutio») took place. Members of the INA “Evolutio” were acquainted with the activity of the Association in 2009—2013: projects realized by the Association, Journal of International Law and International Relations, UN Modeling and publications prepared and issued by the Association. At the Conference it was decided to keep the Observation Board and the Control Committee in the same body. Participants of the Conference shared the ideas and prospects of the Association activities.
